Homemade Silk Plant Cleaner

My friend Martha, has been having some work done in her house and it has created A LOT of dust.  So, she made up this fabulous silk plant cleaner and told me that I could share it.

I've used purchased "plant cleaners" before and this worked just as well.  And was practically free!

Good job, Martha!

I like to think that we have a pretty clean house and then I move something and I am grossed out by how dusty our house gets.

Here is one of my silk plants that sits on top of my china cabinet.  Gross, huh?

HOMEMADE SILK PLANT CLEANER

1 1/2 cup white vinegar
1 1/2 cup water

Mix the two ingredients in a spray bottle and soak the plants with it. I do this outside and then let them air dry.

They look pretty fantastic now...
